Webinar Learning Objectives::

  • How to zoom out as an organization and redefine your employee/employer relationship.
  • How to elevate current policies, hiring practices, benefits and training to support this change.
  • How to apply an inclusive lens starting with the resume evaluation.

  • Webinar Description:
    This webinar will challenge organizations to think differently about policies, hiring practices, benefits and training. More specifically, the role an organization plays to support employees, who are victims of abuse, outside of work. Problems can’t always be solved by an Employee Assistance Program. What happens when the “personal issue” is standing at your company’s doorstep? Tasha will share methods your organization can proactively adopt, creating an inclusive and judgement free place of employment, also know as their second home.
