Liz Lance is an HR strategist, author, and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over a decade of experience leading people programs, operational change, and digital transformation in growing SaaS companies. She is the co-author of The Change Cheat Code, a practical guide to leading organizational change. Liz is passionate about making technology approachable and useful for HR teams. She regularly speaks on topics like people analytics and change leadership, blending real-world experience with actionable tools. Liz currently serves as Executive Director of a public broadband agency and teaches graduate-level courses in leadership and organizational development.
